It’s time to gently bring you back.
This free masterclass will guide you through the soul-led process I used after I lost my husband Roy — a path I now call the S.O.U.L. Framework.
It’s not about “moving on.”
It’s about coming home to yourself — softly, without guilt, and in your own time.

It’s time to gently bring you back.
This free masterclass will guide you through the soul-led process I used after I lost my husband Roy — a path I now call the S.O.U.L. Framework™.
It’s not about “moving on.”
It’s about coming home to yourself — softly, without guilt, and in your own time.
You feel like your heart shattered into a thousand pieces and you're terrified you've lost the instructions for how to put it back together
You catch yourself laughing at something small and then the guilt crashes in so hard you wonder if you'll ever be allowed to feel joy again
You've mastered the art of saying "I'm fine" while inside, you're screaming "I don't even know who I am anymore"
You keep asking "Why did this happen?" and it's keeping you stuck in a loop you can't escape
You look in the mirror and barely recognize the woman staring back—the one who used to dream, laugh, and feel fully alive
These aren't theories. They're tools you can use the moment we're done.
The Shattered Pieces Exercise, a powerful way to see exactly what grief has scattered, so you can stop feeling like "everything" is lost and start rebuilding what matters most
The question that changes everything, how to shift from "Why did this happen to me?" (which keeps you stuck) to "What can I do now? How do I move forward?" (which opens the door to healing)
The S.O.U.L. Framework™, a gentle, soul-led roadmap for coming home to yourself, one step at a time
Permission to feel joy without guilt, and the truth that choosing yourself isn't selfish, it's sacred
Clarity on your next step, whether that's gentle rest, deeper reflection, or reaching for support to walk this path with you

My grief didn’t begin in the comfort of home. It began in a foreign country, in Spain, where I lost my husband, Roy, far from everything familiar. Far from my family. Far from support. Far from the life I knew.
One moment, I was a wife. A partner. Building dreams beside the man I loved.
The next… I was a widow. Alone. In shock.
Making decisions I never thought I’d have to make.
I came back to the UK not to start over but to survive.
And I did what many women do: I functioned. I paid the bills. I kept my mask on.
To the outside world, I was 'strong'.
But inside… I was crumbling.
I didn’t know who I was anymore without him.
I didn’t know how to let joy in without drowning in guilt.
And I didn’t know if the woman I used to be, the one who laughed loudly and dreamed big, would ever return.
But slowly… gently… something shifted.
I stopped trying to escape grief and started walking it as a path to becoming.
I leaned into the quiet truth rising inside me:
Grief cracked me open, but it did not destroy me.
It initiated me.
Today, I am not just surviving.
I am living deeply, soulfully, and with purpose. And I help other widows do the same.
I created the S.O.U.L. Framework™ not as a checklist… but as a gentle, sacred roadmap for women like us, who are tired of pretending we’re fine and ready to come home to ourselves.
This masterclass is not about fixing you.
It’s a place to be seen. To exhale.
And to begin softly to become unshattered.
You are not broken.
You are becoming.
And I’ll walk beside you as you do.
Welcome home.
Thank you for creating this space. I'm still trying to figure out the vanishing of lifelong friends, people apologising for not seeing me in a rare text. But in this community, talking to fellow widows is different—you get it, the unspoken parts of grief. I can now speak about it with understanding. My heart is melting just a little

Hanna Denny in two words is a “walking sunshine” . She is always full of positive energy and a warm smile in her face. She instinctively wants to help people in need. Spending time with her is inspiring and soul healing.
Hanna knows how to listen without judgment and understand what you want to say ,even between words and she can give you the feeling that there is still hope and life in the end of the tunnel.
Hanna can help you make sense of your emotions, find moments of peace amid the chaos, and ultimately begin to envision a life beyond loss.
I will always be grateful for the empathetic support Hanna offered during the darkest chapter of my life. If you are navigating grief and need someone to hold your hand with care and insight, I cannot recommend Hanna highly enough.
